Returns

TUPHBUILDS wants every customer to receive a product that works as intended.

Returns and exchanges:
Because many products are made to order, returns may be limited. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged or has a functional defect, please send photos and a description of the issue. I’ll review the problem and help make it right.

Custom products:
Custom orders are generally not eligible for return unless there is a clear production issue or the item does not match the agreed design.

Color and finish:
Colors may vary slightly depending on filament availability, lighting, and screen settings. Minor layer lines, seams, or surface texture are normal for 3D printed items.
